Wirral Ranger events for January

Sun 11th Jan - Winter Chill and Grill Join the Rangers for a winter ramble across the countryside of West Wirral to welcome the New Year and blow the cobwebs away. Sat 17th Jan - 10:00hrs - 14:00hrs - Caldy Hill Clearance Join the Rangers on this Task Day to clear Birch from the Heathland of Caldy Hill. This is a great opportunity to learn about Heathland management and get a bit of exercise too! All tools and training provided. Sun 18th Jan - 14:00hrs - 16:00hrs - A Willow Weaving Masterclass With plenty of willows coppiced over the winter months there will be plenty of raw materials for this event! Come down to Wirral Country Park and have a go at weaving a willow basket, or try something more creative and adventurous! Well teach you the basics and then see what you can do!
