Energy group news

Solar panels are increasingly common with many installations in and around West Kirby. If you are thinking of going solar, check out the very useful guide on our web site. If you already have solar panels why not share the details with us and we can use this to help inform others.

Also a reminder that Wirral Council provides free home insulation across the borough so, if you haven’t already done so, there really is no excuse. Full details are on the TTWK website.  You can keep updated on Wirral’s efforts to cut carbon via the CRed Wirral website.

Transition Conference 2011
Last weekend, Liverpool saw an amazing coming together of Transitioners from all parts. You can read Rob Hopkins inspiring review of the event and delve deeper into the conference via the Transition Network’s conference blog.
