Patisserie Masterclasses
Les Bell patissier and proprietor of the renowned Chantilly Tea Rooms in Hoylake will be holding 3 free masterclasses during the fair. Demonstrations will include question and answer sessions:

12.00 - The mysteries of puff pastry explained
1.00 - How to make the perfect gateau
Event details
The Local Food Fair is at Hoylake Community Centre, Hoyle Road, CH47 3AG, from 10am to 2pm. The Community Centre is 5 minutes' walk from Manor Road station, or there will be parking along Hoylake Promenade.
